What does Lhamour stand for?

LHAMO + AMOUR = LHAMOUR.  The founder of Lhamour, Khulan Davaadorj came up with this name over dinner with her father and her father's friend. Lhamour has a very special meaning as it is the combination of LHAMO, the name of her niece and AMOUR representing love. Khulan describes herself as a deeply affectionate person who believes firmly in true love - the love for your family, the love for your partner, the love for your work, passion, dreams, country, environment, friends and above all yourself.  We love making our products and hope you love them too! 

Where is Mongolia?

Mongolia lies between China and Russia.  It is completely landlocked and is known for its extreme weather conditions, nomadic lifestyle and Chinggis Khan, the founder of the Mongol Empire.

Can the products be delivered overseas?

Yes. Delivery charges will apply as delivery cost are not included in product prices.

How long does it take for the products to be processed for delivery?

Once you have placed your order, your order will be processed within 2 working days (subject to availability of stock). You will receive an email once your products have been sent for delivery.

What are the delivery costs?

HONG KONG

Free delivery for all orders in Hong Kong. We use Hong Kong Post for deliveries and for orders over $500, we will track the parcel and send you the tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL

Free for orders over $1,000 HKD.

Standard Hong Kong Post airmail delivery $100 HKD. 

For express post to local and international destinations, delivery costs will vary depending on the order and location.  Please email us  at hongkong@lhamour.mn to confirm these costs and estimated delivery times.

Can I arrange to pick up my order?

Yes.  Please email us at hongkong@lhamour.mn or contact +852 5566 9556 to make appropriate arrangements for products to be picked up from Central. Delivery will not be charged for these orders.

How should I store the products?

No chemicals or preservatives have been used to make our products. Therefore it is important to store the products in a cool place (fridge is always the best option) away from sunlight.  Please make sure you check the package and use the products within the recommended use by dates.  

What should I do with the glass bottles?

If you return the glass bottles to us for recycling, you will receive 10% off your next purchase.  Please come and see us at any pop up stores or contact us on +852 5566 9556 to arrange a drop off point.
